About Spondulix Font
I came across a poster for an exhibition of the works of 1920s stage designer Erte which featured a costume illustration and four very bizarre letters. I expanded those four letters to a complete alphabet (plus the usual freeware abbreviated character set), and added an extruded shadow to boot. The result is a typeface equally suited to the 2020s, but best used in small doses. The name is 1940s hepcat slang for money, which, then as now, sometimes proves to be elusive.
