@fontspace How to access one particular character when it belongs to no Unicode Block?
It is true that Albanian.otf uses a number of characters (25 to be precise) that do not belong to any particular Unicode Block, or rather, which belong to the 16th level: B PUA (Private Use Area 😎. Unicode, as you know, does not attribute any character in the last 2 shots: 15th and 16th.
Here are the 25 codepoints PUA B uses Albanian.otf:
U + 100000 (1048576) - u + 100006 (1048582);
U + 100009 (1048585) - u 100019 (1048601), and the last one:
U + 10FFFD (1,114,109). This is the last valid character in Unicode, U + and U + 10FFFF 10FFFE (1114110.1114111) being non-characters.
How to get there?
I personally use a Unicode software I programmed, and that allows me to enter a valid CodePoint 0 to 10FFFF (0-1114111) to choose the font (adequate) to display it, save it to utf8 or utf16le, to open, edit, etc., but it is Albanian ... Then we will proceed differently.
I will choose the existing CodePonits are Albanian.otf, save them in a html file, view ... to do this, I chose the html5 version here:

HOW is that possible?!
Any instructions on how to access the special characters? Looks like they're not in any particular Unicode Block.
