The ascent is set to a really high value, which is what is causing it to appear small on the baseline.

If you change that value (usually your software will calculating bounding boxes for you automatically), the problem will be fixed
@WolfLambert Ah, I found the problem. Glyph 71 "Double Quote" is repeated way up in the top-right.

It's a cool design but it's really small 😕
