I reported the seller to Esty:
I believe this seller is selling typefaces that are intellectual property belonging to others individuals/entities. I would recommend you review all of their listings and question them about creation. I do not think the seller created these fonts and I do believe that they (and Etsy) are profiting illegally. I believe you (Etsy) would be liable if the creator of this typeface were to peruse legal action for knowingly letting this sale take place.
I have notified the creator of this typeface, but it looks like they have numerous typefaces that could be a problem.
