Less of a typeface than visual art. The design rationale here was an abstract thought: "I don't want to be an american idiot."
As a typeface though, it's unicase and complements Ubuntu, Neo Sans, Microsoft Sans Serif, and Verdana.

@WolfLambert In expert mode, select Unicode Character Sets to access all of the charsets in the Basic Multilingual Plane. Fullwidth/Halfwidth Presentation forms are near the top of the list someplace.
